In order to make adjustments to your appointment; Must be made within 7 business days of original appointment date.
24 - 48 Hour Confirmation
I will confirm with you to remind you of your appointment. If you should need to cancel or change the date of your appointment. I request a minimum of 24 hour notice.
Strict 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice i miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service upon your next booking schedule.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. I recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that I can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
If you are more than 15 minutes late i reserve the right to cancel
No Call/No Show
You will be charged full price upon rebooking. If you don’t show, fail to call
or cancel last minute more than once you will no longer be able to book appointments with me without prepaying first.
If you have your child come with you to the salon you will be responsible
for cleaning up any messes and liable for any damage occurred.
All products and services are non-refundable. I have a no refund policy on services completed. I offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
I accept cash, check and debit/credit cards. A convenience fee of 3.00% is applied to all Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards. I also accept Paypal, Venmo and the Cash app.
Right to Refuse Service
I have the right to refuse a service to any person, for any reason.
